The front desk receptionist was so nice and gracious. My stay here went so smoothly; there were no problems and the room was great.

Staff was great but room needed some repairs. Tub faucet needs repairs, wall mood lights have a short, windows need cleaning on outside, and the room phone didn't work. Even though the room had these issues, it still wouldn't deter me from staying here again. The location was great. Easy access to freeway and eateries around. And the free breakfast was as good as usual!

This is very nice hotel, everything was nice and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful as well as kind. The rooms were extremely nice as well as nicely furnished. We stayed during the snowstorm and still they did everything to make us as comfortable as possible! If you want to stay in a very nice and extremely comfortable hotel, this is definitely the place to stay. Denny's is just a stones throw away as well as other restaurants. This place gets rave reviews from me. I failed to mention they also supply a nice breakfast in the mornings. If you are looking for a nice hotel that meets all your needs this is definitely the place to stay!

Normally don't care to write reviews for hotels but I was fairly impressed. The room was crazy spacious and at the price, very cheap and high value. When we walked in it was hot like a sauna but the AC worked to cool it down pretty speedily. Front desk was kind, nothing special to report. First floor had everything including a fair fitness center. Location was decent with a fair bit of shops and restaurants close by. We stayed for an event at the Allen Event Center but the nearby surroundings were solid. Breakfast is provided so that's cool. It's nothing special but it's included in the cheap price already. Unfortunately, pools are outdoors and often closed (closed on our visit) whereas other hotels have outdoor pools and jacuzzis that remain open. The main complaint is that the shower drain is annoying to deal with and extremely slow. Each shower my feet will be submerged in soapy water as I'm ready to leave so I take extra time to wait for water to drain before rinsing off finally. It was a bigger deal than you might imagine (at least to me), but great service, cleanliness, and overall positive impression puts the hotel at 4.

The staff and front desk, including Wanda, Amir, and Heather, were absolutely amazing and super sweet. The hotel was comfortable and spotless from the moment we walked in. On Friday night, around 2:00 a.m., we were checked in by Salam, an older gentleman who was incredibly kind. This was especially appreciated after we had a horrible experience at another hotel earlier and had to leave. I loved that breakfast was included with our stay—it was delicious! My daughter especially enjoyed the mini pancake machine; she thought it was super cool. Everything was truly on point. After spending the day at Dorney Park, we returned to the hotel around 5:00 p.m. and went for a swim. The pool wasn’t too big or too small—just perfect. My daughter had a blast swimming and even had the pool all to herself for a while. Of course, I joined her, and we enjoyed a relaxing 3 hours there. A staff member even came by to restock the towels, which was a nice touch. It was a pleasant stay all the way until Sunday. Overall, I’d give this hotel an A+++ and a perfect 10! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends without hesitation.

I just wanted to let everyone know about the exemplary service that I had at my stay at the Holiday Inn in Alan Texas. there is a young lady here by the name of Amber who works at the desk in the afternoon. I had had an absolutely horrible day and this young lady made my life so much better I cannot begin to tell you what an incredible employee. This young lady is and everything about the room was amazing. Everything about the staff was amazing. This place is probably the best hotel in Alan, Texas for sure. Thank you Shannan Browning.

I really liked this place. The rooms seemed a little older, so the bathrooms didn't "feel" as clean, but they were. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding very clean. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for me because I woke up the first morning VERY SICK. I stayed locked in my room so as not to get anyone else sick. Staff brought me breakfast, towels and extra Kleenex. They really were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again just because of the staff. Maybe next time I can actually utilize the amenities. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Thank you front desk staff especially!
